  1. Baahubali 2- $20 million

Baahubali 2 is a well-made film that offers a spectacular spectacle, yet it is ultimately lacking in substance. While being a big-budget epic, Baahubali 2 does not have the depth of the original Baahubali: The Beginning or the ambition to match it. Instead, it feels like an expensive small-scale bootleg copy.

The film definitely delivers an impressive mix of war and romance, with action sequences enough to put even the most ardent fan of epic cinema at ease. You can’t go wrong with Rajamouli’s direction as he never goes over the top or breaks any rules. He simply knows how to implement a good story, bring out tremendous performances and deliver a climax that everyone would have wanted!

  1. Pathaan- $14.4 million and counting

Pathaan is a decent movie that could have been an epic film but has been left in a middle ground. Pathaan is a movie based on true incidents and this movie review will analyze it in detail. Pathaan is a very big success in US and India.

Pathaan is about a young man’s difficult journey to find his roots and understand the conflict within himself. He seeks advice from an old elder, who leaves him with an unusual challenge for him – find out who his father is!

  1. RRR- $14.3 million

The movie is very gripping, heart-touching, and entertaining. To be honest, every minute of the movie is that good. It is worth watching. It’s a great movie and the trailers are wonderful. Based on the storyline and characters, this movie will leave you with a strong impression. I liked how SS Rajamouli interestingly tells his story and also puts the emotions of various people into their place. If you are planning to see this film at least once or twice, then don’t miss it as it’ll surely make your day special!

  1. Dangal- $12.3 million

Dangal is a true story that tells the tale of an underdog Indian wrestler whose dreams of representing his district and country in the Olympics are shattered when local officials do everything they can to keep him out. The film, which was the highest-grossing Indian movie ever in the United States, tells how a single-minded father’s determination to achieve his daughter’s dreams brought him unprecedented success against almost insurmountable odds.

  1. Padmavat- $12.1 million

Padmavat has been accused of reinforcing stereotypes, with the Rajputs being portrayed as traditional and backward, while Muslims are portrayed as barbaric and aggressive. Although its depiction of the Muslim warriors is historically accurate, the film portrays them negatively while the Rajputs are presented as honorable. The Hindu characters in the film are shown as being noble and pure. Yet, in reality, they sacrificed their women to appease a deity; they were also involved in conflicts with other religions including Christians and Muslims.

  1. Baahubali- $8.3 million

Baahubali is a major event in Indian film history. Baahubali 2 is an action-packed, fast-paced movie that would leave you engaged throughout the entire duration. The film is at heart a fantasy fable that involves war, above all else. The director has created a world that is fascinating because it is so complex yet also simple at the same time, inspiring awe and wonderment in the viewer. The movie has been highly praised by critics for its stunning visuals, impressive fight sequences, wonderful acting performances, and powerful story which is told through a bold narrative style without fail.
