Jennifer Lopez to Star in ‘Unstoppable’ for Ben Affleck and Matt Damon
In a forthcoming sports drama, Jennifer Lopez will play the lead role, and her husband Ben Affleck is producing. Bennifer is preparing for another cooperation 20 years after “Gigli.” Jennifer Lopez will play the lead role in the upcoming sports drama “Unstoppable,” which her husband Ben Affleck will also produce. A national title was won at Arizona State University by Anthony Robles, a real-life athlete who was born with just one leg and was named to the All-American team three times. “Unstoppable” will be made by Affleck’s production business Artists Equity, which he and Matt Damon co-founded. The project marks the directorial debut of William Goldenberg, who edited “Argo,” “Live by Night,” and “Air” for Affleck.

Jennifer Lopez To Star In One-Legged Wrestler Movie
Although “Unstoppable” will be Affleck and Lopez’s first joint endeavor since their 2022 nuptials, Lopez has already had a noticeable influence on Affleck’s past works. The premiere of “Air,” directed by Affleck, was held at SXSW in 2023. With Viola Davis, Jason Bateman, Chris Tucker, Matt Damon, and Ben Affleck in the lead roles, the actual tale of Nike’s connection with Michael Jordan is shown on screen. Affleck stated that the production was a real collaboration in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, with several of his closest confidants contributing to the script.
Affleck stated, “I began writing and working with Matt, and Jen [Lopez] also offered me some amazing lines. Oh my God, she is so smart. She is highly informed about how dance, music, sports, and entertainment interact to influence fashion as it moves through the culture. She assisted me in explaining how Black culture dominates American society and fashion to the extent that it accounts for 90 percent of why Jordans [the sneakers] was so significant.
Black culture has a history of inventing music, dance, and dress, which has since been appropriated, usurped, and remarketed as Elvis or other things. And in this instance, [Nike], a white-run corporate institution, was beginning to work with African-American players in a sales endeavor including identity association. They were actually deriving value from who and what Michael Jordan is and what he stands for. The significance cannot, in my opinion, be emphasized. Instead of saying, “Hey, guys, we are a nice shoe,” they’ll start saying, “If Mike has it, you want it.”

Anthony Robles is widely regarded as one of the best NCAA wrestlers of all time. He was born without the use of his right limb. But that didn’t seem to deter him from pursuing a wrestling career. When he was three years old, he denied using his artificial limb. He has become an example to many individuals in similar situations.
In his junior and senior years of high school, Anthony Robles compiled a mind-boggling record of 96 victories and zero defeats. As a senior, he also won a national championship. When he transferred to Arizona State University and began wrestling, he finished with a record of 122 victories and 23 defeats. In the 2010-11 season, he won the NCAA championship.
