In anticipation of an impending dismissal of all charges, we are compiling and submitting evidence to the District Attorney rapidly, the attorney told Variety. “Every piece of evidence shows that Mr. Majors is completely innocent and did not even remotely abuse her. Sadly, this occurrence occurred as a result of the woman’s emotional distress, for which Chaudhry said she was transported to a hospital yesterday.
She stated there was video evidence from the car where the event happened, as well as eyewitness accounts from the driver and bystanders. Also according to Chaudhry, her team got “two written statements from the woman retracting these allegations.”
