Soppana Sundari Review: The conflict over the car

Soppana Sundari is the ‘Lockup’ director of SG Charles’ second film. Along with Aishwarya Rajesh, it features Deepa, Lakshmi Priya, Mime Gopi, Redin Kingsley, and Sunil Reddy. Movie’s Plot: The conflict over the car

Aishwarya Rajesh plays the role of Agalya, a typical family girl who works in a jewelry store. She receives a vehicle as a bonus for the jewelry she purchased. Thenmozhi, Agalya’s deaf sister played by Lakshmi Priya, borrows a car one day and drives off with her future husband. Then, out of the blue, he strikes someone. They take the accident victim’s body and store it in the luggage compartment of the vehicle.

The next day, Akalya’s brother Durai played by Karunakaran fights saying that he got the gift because he used the coupon for the jewelry he bought and therefore the car belongs to him. To take this matter to the police station, they ask Durai to show the receipt for the purchase of jewelry and take the car. The car with the dead body is parked at the police station itself. Agalya’s family will come to know about this and they are trying to find a way to get the car out of the police station.

Apart from them, Agalya’s brother Durai also hatches various plans with his dudes to steal the car. Who got the car in the end? What happened to the dead body in the car? The rest of the tale provides a humorous response to these queries.

Is comedy worked in movies?

Soppana Sundari has made the fans realize that a thriller film does not have to keep a straight face, it can also be laughed out loud. In the beginning, the story is a bit of a test of patience and slowly starts picking up speed like a vehicle traveling on the highway. The entire story revolves around only a few characters, so it is boring to see the faces. The dialogues, which are laughable in a few places, are irritating in someplace.

The movie is called Soppana Sundari and is based on the Gaundamani-Senthil comic line “Indha car ah Vechranda Soppana Sundariya Ippo Yaaru Vechiruka…” because the major focus of the film’s plot was a car. However, the title has nothing to do with the plot of the movie.

Cast of Soppana Sundari

The film released a darkly humorous called Doctor. The majority of the actors that appeared in that movie also did so in this one. The identical actors that Kingsley, Deepa, Sunil Reddy, and Bijarn Churro copied from Doctor and inserted into Soppana Sundari. The excellent performance by Deepa deserves praise. presenting Soppana Sundari, a brand-new comic movie, to fans.

The entire twist in the movie is built on the acts of Aishwarya, who plays a key part in it. She performs admirably in the sequences in which she jumps for delight at receiving a car and struggles to protect his sister from danger.

Is it worth watching in the theatre?

Despite the comedy-thriller and other positive aspects of the movie, the writing makes them almost unnoticeable. However, due to its simple and unique plot, Soppana Sundari is becoming more and more of a hit.
